CanEx-SM10 data policy (PDF)

The investigators of the Canadian Experiment for Soil Moisture in 2010 (CanEx-SM10) agreed to share the CanEx-SM10 datasets with the scientific community.

Except for the data subject to specific licensing (e.g., RADARSAT-2 and SPOT), all CanEx-SM10 datasets were made available for general distribution from June 2012, i.e., two years after the end of the field campaign (June 2010).

The datasets are offered free of charge. All publications or presentations based on CanEx- SM10 data are expected to cite CanEx-SM10 as the source and to acknowledge the CanEx-SM10 project.

Co-authorship can be offered to CanEx-SM10 investigators when their data contribute significantly to a manuscript submitted for publication.
